Terms Of Service

By using Mr. Gleam Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms of service:

  1. Services: Mr. Gleam Cleaning Services provides cleaning services, including window cleaning, external house cleaning, gutter cleaning, flyscreen installation and repair, gardening, solar panel cleaning, and other odd jobs.

  2. Scheduling: Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule, but we cannot guarantee specific dates or times for services.

  3. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. If paying by check, please make the check payable to Mr. Gleam Cleaning Services.

  4. Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

  5. Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning services provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will schedule a re-clean at no additional cost. If you still not satisfied, we will issue a refund for the service in question. We do not offer refunds for services already completed or for services that have been paid for in advance.

  6. Liability: Mr. Gleam Cleaning Services is not liable for any damages to your property that may occur during the course of our services.

  7. Insurance: Mr. Gleam Cleaning Services is fully insured.

  8. Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

  9. Changes to the terms of service: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time.

Refund Policy

At Mr. Gleam Cleaning Services, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we will do our best to make it right.

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning services provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will schedule a re-clean at no additional cost. If you still not satisfied, we will issue a refund for the service in question.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

We do not offer refunds for services already completed and no issue has been raised after 24 hours of completion.

In the event of any disputes, Mr. Gleam's decision will be final.

Insurance

At Mr. Gleam Property Services, we take the safety and security of our customers very seriously. That's why we have public liability insurance coverage for up to $10m. This means that in the unlikely event that something goes wrong during one of our services, you can rest assured that we have you covered.

Our insurance policy covers any accidental damage that may occur while we are performing our services, giving you the peace of mind that you deserve. We understand that accidents can happen, but with our comprehensive insurance coverage, you can be confident that any damage will be taken care of.
