Our approach

Mr. Gleam Property Services is owned by Adrien Stefanoski and helps homeowners, landlords and property managers across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

Painting, plastering repairs and ongoing maintenance are at the heart of the business. From a damaged wall to a list of repairs between tenancies, the aim is straightforward: practical work, clear communication and a property that looks good and works well.

Painting, plastering & repairs

• Painting and touch-ups for tired or repaired surfaces.

• Plaster repairs to damaged walls and ceilings, including preparation for repainting.

• Home repair and general maintenance, including doors, windows, fences and gates.

• Recurring maintenance, rental-property repairs and pre-sale touch-ups.

Cleaning & gardening

Keep the rest of the property looking its best with inside and outside window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior house washing and gardening. Garden care can include mowing, hedge trimming, weeding and tidy-ups.

Flyscreen repairs, solar panel cleaning and gutter cleaning can also be discussed when requesting a quote. Describe anything else you need using the Other option on the quote form.

Gutter cleaning is available for single-storey properties only.

Homes & rental properties

Whether you are arranging work at home or coordinating maintenance for a rental property, share the location, access details and the work required. The scope and timing can then be discussed before the job is booked.
